About the effect

Treble boosters lift the high-frequency content of your signal and drive the front end of a tube amp harder, a sound strongly associated with Brian May. This replica is built on our Germanium Booster (GEB) board but uses a silicon transistor instead of germanium, which makes it a reliable circuit with a pleasing sound.
