  • Shipping & Delivery

    We ship 3 times a week the shipping schedule is below.  In the case of postal holidays sometimes shipping is delayed by one day due to the lack of service.  Packages may be shipped first class or priority mail and delivery is dependent on the mail service to your area.
    Orders received by noon Sunday are shipped Monday Morning
    Orders received by noon Tuesday are shipped Wednesday Morning
    Orders received by noon Thursday are shipped Friday Morning

All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

    After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

    Do we disclose any information to outside parties? 

    We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.     Returns & Replacements

    You may return anything you buy from General Guitar Gadgets for any reason as long as it is returned in "new" (un-used) condition.  You will pay the shipping back to us to return the item(s) and the cost of the original shipment to you will not be returned. (see more details in the "Ordering" section below). Returns are sent to:

    We strive to fill all orders in a timely manner and to your satisfaction!  We will gladly correct any mistakes or shortcomings that we make, just let us know how we can help you out.  If any parts or components are damaged or missing or of unsatisfactory quality, we will make the neccessary exchanges or shipments and we will cover all shipping costs.
